Wait, what?

New Feist October 2nd.

Thought: I used to be relatively on top of new music, or at least I knew what was relevant and liked some of it. Now, I barely listen to any new music ever. I feel like maybe my tastes have permanently settled in mid-2000’s indie. Like I’m that dad that only listens to Genesis. I’m getting old. Or maybe there’s too much fucking music out there! There are too many scenes and movements to keep track of, and in the face of this deluge of music, I’m paralyzed by boundless choice and stuck in the comfort of pre-existing taste.

Or maybe I just need to find the god damn cord to my external hard drive so I can stop hovering around 100MB of free space and get some new music.
